Wendy Jane Bantam, who was raised in the Nebraska Sandhills, exhibits nationally and lectures on creativity and critical thinking. This November, the Norfolk Arts Center will host an exhibition of Bantam's paintings and illustrations submitted to the New Yorker Magazine for criticism and review.
The writer, Timothy Schaffert, writes of Wendy Jane Bantam's work. "...Wendy Jane Bantam, whose work is a whimsical mix of dream imagery, anthropomorphism, and a Saul Steinberg-like abstraction.." has been exhibiting internationally since she was in her early 20's."
